Mark Houston
Mark Houston worked in the recovery business for many years and developed a tremendous amount of experience and knowledge about what works and what doesn’t when it comes to recovery. Combining his own challenges with addiction, learning from the “Big Book” and in his own recovery centers, he had the opportunity to share his experience and help people all around the country.
One of the many ways Mark was able to share his experience, strength and hope was through his lectures and appearances around the world. Mark continued to work directly with alcoholics and addicst, as well as their families, on an indicidual basis both in his community and at Mark Houston Recovery Center until his death in 2010. Mark will be well remembered for devoting his life to ending the suffering of alcoholics, addicts, and their families.
